HornamentsHORNAMENTS is the event of the season for Hornists! This year's event will take place on Saturday, December 6, in Little Rock. HORNAMENTS is a no-pressure, fun opportunity for horn players of all ages to get together and share some Christmas spirit with each other and with others as we rehearse and perform holiday tunes. SponsorshipHornaments was an event started in the 1990s by Caroline Kinsey, formerly the principal hornist of the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra and IHS Arkansas Area Rep. (She is now a member of the Memphis Symphony). Since assuming those duties in 2001, Brent Shires has endeavored to continue the tradition each year. Hornaments is made possible with the assistance and support of the University of Central Arkansas Horn Club, the University of Arkansas - Little Rock Music Department, the International Horn Society, and Park Plaza Mall. ScheduleSaturday, December 6, 2008
